Semi-Automatic Cut to Length Machine (BTFW LS)

The cut to length machine type BTFW LS is designed to cut wide belts of abrasive paper and cloth having a maximum width of 1650 mm (2050 mm also available). Possibility to perform both straight and wave cut. The machine is provided with the LS unwider, which is suitable for converters producing on a large scale. The material is automatically driven at the preset length with high precision; material holding and cutting is performed automatically, the operator has only to collect the cut segments. After cutting the next belt is pushed through the machine. The machine foresees the possibility to cut lengthwise and to rewind the obtained trim/roll.
