Explosion Test System for Flap Wheels and Flap Discs

The STM spin test machine is used to test various products at high rotational speeds. The STM machine can be used for Mounted and Unmounted Flap Wheels and for Flap Discs.

  • Two versions: up to 33,000 rpm, or up to 66,000 rpm test speeds
  • System to mount mounted, unmounted flap wheels and flap discs
  • Mounted flap wheels up to 80 mm dia., 50 mm width
  • Unmounted flap wheels up to 150 mm dia., 25 mm width
  • Flap discs up to 230 mm dia.
  • Sensor to detect flap loss or wheel/disc explosion
  • Including mounting adapters for UFW, MFW (1/8", 6 mm, 1/4” pin diameter) and flap discs
  • Touch panel with all data provided and record of test results, up to 200 recipes on HMI
