Automatic Die Cutting Machine

The Die Cutting machine type EDP-N represents the highest automated system to cut various types of materials into the desired shapes. The die cutter is electric, cutting force is generated by an electric motor, no hydraulic systems are installed. Machine power permits to cut shapes of various sizes. Supported materials range from light to heavy; different thicknesses can be processed. Depending on the material, more layers can be cut at the same time.

    • pressing beam working against motorized conveyor to process any thickness and hardness type of material
    • or a set of motorized belts for faster material feeding, web is squeezed between the belts

  • Able to cut more web layers at the same time (up to 3 layers)
  • 500 x 500 mm cutting tool mounting board
  • Unwinding station for 3 rolls up to 600 mm diameter
  • A dedicated software manages the whole process and a touch screen allows the operator to change all the settings

  • Automatic parts collecting by knock-out / stacking unit or SCARA robot with vacuum grippers
  • Dedicated parts collectors, easily changeable
  • Scrap material, from hole punches, automatically collected and vacuumed from the cutting tool
  • Cutting tools with substitutable knifes and punches for various shapes and sizes
