In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 10 March 2023 n. 24, Biko Meccanica Srl has equipped itself with the required communication channels in order to allow the receipt and management of protected reports regarding conduct characterized by offences, crimes, violations and similar provisions provided for by said legislation.

Reports can be sent:

• By downloading and filling in the dedicated form (the form can then be sent to the e-mail address below or to the physical address contained in the form);
• By sending an email to bikomeccanicasrl1@gmail.com;
• By contacting the Supervisory Body at the following telephone number: +39 0434 20094.

The data collected will be processed in compliance with the terms and methods established by Legislative Decree 24/2023 and in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
